Roast pumpkin seeds for 1–2 minutes until slight black dots appear.

Cook jaggery in a pan for 1 minute until melted and bubbling.

Add roasted pumpkin seeds to jaggery, mix well.

Grease a plate with oil, pour the mixture onto it, and roll out thin.

When slightly warm, cut into shapes with a knife.
Tips
Roast the pumpkin seeds until slight black dots appear for the best flavor.
