Ingredients

  1. 1/2 (1 cup)maize
  2. 3/4 (1 cup)beans
  3. 1small onion
  4. 2large tomatoes
  5. 3 tbscooking oil
  6. 1/2tps salt

Steps

45 minutes
  1. 1

    Mix the maize and beans and place in a pressure cooker for 20 minutes for them to cook.

  2. 2

    In another sufuria place sliced onions and cooking oil. Let it cook until it turns golden brown and add the tomatoes and cover the sufuria

    After 2 minutes uncover the sufuria and crash the tomatoes until it becomes pasty

    Add the beans and maize and mix, then add 1/4 of water and salt while stirring. cover the sufuria for 3 minutes and let it cook. Turn off the heat and serve while hot
