Soak the beans in water and allow to become soft

Pound the beans and wash it

Grind the beans with your onion,pepper and tatashe

Boil your eggs and dice into small cubes

Pour the grinded beans into a bowl and stir

Heat your Groundnut oil and pour into it and stir

Pour the eggs into it

Pour the meat water and stir properly

Measure and tie into nylons like I did or you can use small tins

Put little water in a pot and allow to boil

Then put the moi moi into it

Cover the pot and allow to cook for at least 45 minutes

Moi moi can be eaten with pap
