Potato Fry
Very simple yet tasty
Steps

Peel potatoes and cut into round slices. Wash well and drain the water.

In a bowl add the sliced potatoes, red chili powder, turmeric powder, salt as per taste and pinch of asafoetida. Mix well till properly coated to potatoes slices

In a plate take semolina and roll the potatoes slices.

Heat oil on frying pan and keep the potatoes slices one by one. Flip and cook on both sides until the potatoes are cooked.

Serve hot as a starter or as a side dish with rice.
