Onion Jowar Atta Pakoda

Chop onion and tomato into small pieces.

In a mixing bowl, combine Jowar Atta and besan.

Add onion, tomato, coriander, green chilli, ginger garlic paste, black pepper powder and chilli powder,soda, sugar Mix well.

Heat oil in a pan over medium flame.

Just before frying, add salt and a little water to the mixture to make a thick batter.

Drop spoonfuls of batter into hot oil. Fry until pakodas are crispy and golden brown.

Serve hot with fried chilli and peanut chutney.
Tips
Using Jowar Atta helps in low oil absorption and makes the pakodas extra crispy. Adding salt and water just before frying enhances the crispiness.
