Ingredients

  • 1lettuce Batavia
  • 150 GramsRocket
  • 1Broccoli
  • 1Sweet potato
  • 5figs , dried
  • 100 GramsBrazil nuts
  • 6 Tablespoonsolive oil Virgin
  • 3 TablespoonsBalsamic vinegar
  • 2 TeaspoonsFig mustard
  • 1 PinchSalt
  • 1 PinchPepper
  • 1 TeaspoonHoney

Steps

30 mins
  1. 1

    Wash and clean Batavia and rocket and spin dry. Tear large salad leaves into smaller pieces.

  2. 2

    Divide broccoli into florets and leave uncooked or cook briefly.

  3. 3

    Cook sweet potatoes, peel and dice them.

  4. 4

    Chop figs and Brazil nuts.

  5. 5

    Put salad ingredients on plates.

  6. 6

    Mix dressing ingredients well. Fig mustard is often so sweet that honey is not needed anymore.

  7. 7

    Pour dressing lavishly over the salad. This nourishing salad can do with a lot of dressing.
