1 cupwhite urad daal
1 tablespoonpeppercorns
2green chilli
1/2 tspginger
1 tsprice pwd
salt as needed
4 tablespoonswater
to fryoil

Soak urad daal overnight.

In the morning grand urad dal to fine paste.

Take green chilli, crushed pepper, salt,ginger, cut curry leaves and mix to the paste.

Wet the hands in the water and take the paste and make a shape of medu vada.

And fry.
