Ingredients

  • 2/4 /Banana robustapalayanthodan -
  • as requiredSugar
  • pinchSalt - a small
  • 2 - 3 tbspsCoconut scraped -
  • as requiredWheat flour -

Steps

  1. 1

    Mash the bananas.add sugar 3-4 tbsp & mix in.

  2. 2

    Add the salt & coconut scraped to this & mix well.

  3. 3

    Now add the wheat flour 1 tbsp at a time & mixing in till u get a thick batter.

  4. 4

    Set this aside for 10 minutes.

  5. 5

    Heat a non stick pan.pour half of-the batter to the pan & spread it evenly with the back of a spoon.it should have the thickness of a paratha.

  6. 6

    Cover & cook this on medium heat till the bottom is slightly browned.turn the Ada & cook the other side without covering till slightly browned.

  7. 7

    Transfer the Ada into a plate & cut into medium slices & serve

  8. 8

    Make another Ada with the remaining batter.
