Take a serving glass, probably dessert serving dish.

Break bourbon or chocolate biscuits into pieces and arrange at the base of the serving.

Followed by cake pieces evenly distributed over the cookie layer.

Top it with scoop of ice cream of desired flavor and spread across the layer.

Chop apples into small pieces and place them over this layer.

Add another layer of ice cream.

Repeat this until you get to the brim of the serving dish.

Use melted chocolate to dress the wafer and pin it over as a topping.

Mark in a candle or wish tag and Serve chilled.
