Tuna & Noodle Crusted Casserole

In my DIET recipes I mark some as “Six2go”. These recipes use 6 ingredients that I usually have to hand and take no more than 15 minutes to prepare and cook – i.e. less time than time than it takes to get a diet busting takeaway meal. In addition to the 6 ingredients I am allowed to use salt, pepper and “Spray2Cook” (a word I use to describe any low-cal. non-stick cook’s oil spray). Six2go meals help me stay on track when life gets busy.
This dish contains1½portion of 5-a-day and 380 calories
Counts as an Over5days recipe on the Pro52diet.
