Kerala Prawns masala
Simple and tasty dish that is easy to make.

Wash and clean the prawns and add ginger, garlic, onion(both), chilli powder, turmeric powder, fennel seed powder and chopped tomato. Cook till the water content is completely dried out but make sure that prawns are not over cooked. Add oil and roast for about 15 minutes on low flame.

Serve with vegetable fried rice or normal white/brown rice.
