Loved making this with my momma when I was younger. Now I make it for my family.

Ingredients

1 hour 30 mins
4 servings
  1. 2 lbcubed beef
  2. 2bell peppers (any color)
  3. 1chopped onion
  4. 16 ozcanned tomatoes (whole or diced, whichever you perfer)
  5. 2 clovegarlic
  6. 4whole cloves spice
  7. 3chopped carrots
  8. 1 tbspchopped parsley (or dried)
  9. salt and pepper
  10. 1water
  11. 1oil
  12. 1flour
  13. 1 boxegg noodles

Cooking Instructions

1 hour 30 mins

    Cube beef, roll in flour, and fry in oil

  2. 2

    Chop up vegetables, however big or small you like

  3. 3

    Put all ingredients into a pot, fill to top with water.

  4. 4

    Bring to boil, then let simmer for 1 hour

  5. 5

    If too thin add a teaspoon of flour, mix, add more if needed. Add salt and pepper if needed.

    Make egg noodles, follow instructions on box/bag

  7. 7

    Pour goulash over noodles, and serve.
