Steps

Pour oil and butter in a pan

Put coriander seeds red chilli, into the pan

Add onion and saute for a while

Add ginger garlic paste and saute for a while

Add tomato and other spices and saute till the whole mixture gets cooked well and let it cool

Blend the sauteed mixture to a smooth paste
- 7
Pour the sauteed mixture into a pan

Add the diced tofu and add sufficient water and let it boil till a thick consistency is reached
- 9
Once the mixture boils and thickens, add smoothly ground cashew and let it boil for 2 mins and switch off the flame
- 10
Garnish with curry leaves and a dollop of butter
