Steps

Add oil in a karahi, fry capsicum and onions for 2 minutes till the aroma is released. Transfer it to a plate and keep it aside.

To the same karahi, add the dry chili, cumin and fry. Add the fried onions and capsicums.

Add the ginger garlic paste and fry till the raw smell goes off.

Add the chicken pieces and fry for 5 minutes.

Cover and cook it. Let it cook in its own moisture.

Add garam masala and red chili powder. Mix and fry well for just 2 minutes. Add the tomato puree. Mix and cook till the gravy thickens.

Add the cream to the gravy according to your desired consistency.
