When it comes to cooking for my kids, I am the evil mom who tries to keep them away from all the processing and artificial flavoring that foods go through. In simple words, JUNK OUT!

When it comes to cooking for my kids, I am the evil mom who tries to keep them away from all the processing and artificial flavoring that foods go through. In simple words, JUNK OUT!
Steps
- 1
Add pasta, salt and oil in boiling water. I use pressure cooker to make the pasta softer for kids. Cook for 10 mins at medium flame.
- 2
Strain it and add cold water to avoid pasta sticking to each other.
- 3
In a pan, heat olive oil, add crushed and finely chopped garlic. Add all veggies, basil, salt and black pepper and sauté at medium heat for 5 mins.
- 4
Add pasta and mix well
- 5
For sauce, heat butter, roast whole wheat flour until light brown.
- 6
Keep adding milk slowly and stir at the same time to avoid lumps.
- 7
If the sauce is thick can add more milk
- 8
Add cheese of your choice(optional)
- 9
Mix the sauce with pasta and serve it hot with garlic bread
