Ingredients

  • 1cucumber medium
  • 1red bell pepper medium
  • 1/2red onion medium
  • 1lime medium
  • 1 tbsphoney
  • 1 tspdill dried
  • 1 tspkosher salt
  • 1/2 tspcayenne pepper
  • 1/2 tspblack pepper ground

Steps

  1. 1

    Rough chop cucumber, bell pepper, and onion. Add to medium bowl.

  2. 2

    Juice lime and add to bowl.

  3. 3

    Add remaining ingredients. Stir to combine well.

  4. 4

    Cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours for best taste.
