Sesame Energy Balls are healthy, no-bake snacks made with sesame seeds, nuts, oats and a little honey or jaggery. They are naturally energy-rich and filling, making them perfect for a quick snack. The sesame seeds add a delicious nutty flavour and provide nutrients like calcium, healthy fats, and protein.

Dry Roast sesame seeds in a pan and keep aside.

Now roast dry fruits and keep aside.

In the same pan dry roast oats on medium heat for 3-4 minutes. Remove from pan and transfer in a mixing bowl.

Crush the roasted dry fruits in a food processor.

Add the crushed nuts in oats and also add sesame seeds.

Mix well with spoon and add peanut butter.

Now add condensed milk and mix well.

Mix all 2ell and make balls from mixture while it still warm. Enjoy the protein rich energy balls as snacks or guilt free sweet.
Tips
Can use honey or melted jaggery instead of condensed milk.
