Healthier granola

This is a no-sugar version as it is sweetened with a honey. Maple syrup can be used instead if preferred.

Steps
- 1
Combine ingredients and mix thoroughly until combined.
- 2
Spread out over a baking tray. I prefer to line mine with greaseproof baking paper to prevent sticking.
- 3
Roast gently in a preheated oven at 170C for 10-15 minutes until lightly golden brown. Remove from oven and pour onto a cool tray to prevent further cooking from the heat remaining on the oven tray. Allow to fully cool then transfer into an airtight container.
Tips
Delicious served over yogurt or with a splash of milk.
