  3. * 1 clovegarlic (grated)
  4. * 1 cloveginger (grated)
  5. * 1 Tbspsesame oil
  6. * 1/3 tsp salt
  7. * 1 tsplemon juice
  8. * 1 Tbsp white sesame seeds
  9. * to tasepepper
  10. 2fresh shiitake mushrooms(cleaned, removed stems)

    Place the sauce (ingredients with * )on the underside of the cap of a mushroom. Grill the shiitake mushroom with toaster oven until well browned and fragrant.
