  2. 4garlic cloves
  3. 4carrots
  4. 1green pepper
  5. 2cobs sweet corn
  6. 5sasages
  7. Cooked rice
  8. Soy sauce
  9. to tasteBlack pepper
  10. To tastesalt

  1. 1

    First set up and prepare all your ingredients washed and well chopped.

    Preheat your pan and start stir frying the onions and garlic.

    Then add you carrots cook for 3-5 mins until soft and add your green pepper.

  4. 4

    Add the sausages and sweet corn last before adding your precooked rice. Add soy sauce to taste.
