Preheat oven to 350°, grease muffin tin or use liners

In medium saucepan, melt butter with medium heat, stir in cocoa powder

Stir in brown sugar, eggs and milk, vanilla and the rest of the ingredients, with flour being the last addition

Fill muffin cups half full
- 5
Bake for 25 minutes or until the top is springy
- 6
Cool in pan for 5 minutes before removing muffins, then transfer to rack or plate to cool another 5 minutes

If desired, the muffins can be frozen
