I learnt this recipe from one of my friend .My family like this vadas very much so wanted to share it with you all.

I learnt this recipe from one of my friend .My family like this vadas very much so wanted to share it with you all.
Steps

Clean and chop coriander leaves very finely.Take it in bowl.

Add besan and mix well.Add all the dry masalas and make it into soft chapathi batter.

Add very little water and make it into a roll.

Steam this roll in pressure cooker with putting the whistle for 15 mins.

Once it get cooked,remove and allow to cool.

Cut the roll into small circle and keep it in refrigerater for 2 hours.

Heat the oil in pan.Then add these vada and fry till golden brown.

Serve hot with sauce or sweet chutney.
