Steps

After boiling your okporoko you add ugba into it and allow it boil with small meat water,

Prepare you potash drain it well so it would be free from sand then add palm oil to it and stir

Allow the cooked ugba to get cold a little then add the potash with pepper and salt. Mix properly

Serve with the utazi leaves
