This recipe was originally came from my Auntie tht she used to serve on her eatery before she works abroad. So this is a marinated pork loin recipe serve with sweet vinegary dip sauce we actually call it "pador" and it came from the word "tinidor" or fork that we use in order to dip it and then savor it.

Ingredients

30 minutes
6 to 8 servings
  1. 1whole pork loin cut
  2. For the marinate
  3. 1 cupsoy sauce
  4. 5 pieceslime or
  5. 1 piecelemon
  6. 1 tbspsugar
  7. 1/2 tspsalt
  8. 1 tsppowdered black pepper
  9. For the soy-vinegar dip
  10. 2 piecesgreen chilli
  11. 1 piecered onion
  12. 2 clovesgarlic
  13. 2 tbspbrown sugar
  14. 3/4 cupwhite vinegar
  15. 1/2 cupsoy sauce
  16. 1 tsppowdered black pepper
  17. to tastesalt
  18. For the breading
  19. 2eggs
  20. lots of bread crumbs or panko
  21. 4 cupsflour
  22. salt and pepper

Steps

30 minutes
  1. 1

    Remove the excess fats from the loin and cut into bite size.

  2. 2

    On a large bowl mix the soy sauce, sugar, salt and pepper

  3. 3

    Chop squeeze the lime or lemon to the mixture this will help to tenderize the meat

  4. 4

    Add the pork loin to the mixture and marinate for about 2 hours or overnight this way the pork will absorb the marinate completely

  5. 5

    Prepare the flour and the bread crumbs/panko for the coating of the meat

  6. 6

    Add salt and pepper to the flour and beat the eggs

  7. 7

    Flour the pork and deep into the beaten egg then coat with bread crumbs or panko

  8. 8

    Fry it about 2 to 3 minutes each side or until golden brown

  9. 9

    For the soy-vinegar dip mince the garlic cloves and onion. Chop the green chilli horizontally

  10. 10

    On a small bowl or deeping bowl mix the minced and chop ingridients, soy sauce, vinegar, sugar and black pepper

  11. 11

    Mix well and add salt to taste you can also adjust the vinegar or sugar depends on your taste

    Serve and enjoy the food ☺
