Ingredients

30 minutes
2 serves
  • 2 cupsflour
  • 1/2 tspsalt
  • 1/4 cupoil
  • about 1 cup water
  • oil for frying

  1. 1

    Sift the flour and salt.

  2. 2

    Rub inthe fat and bind with water. shape into medium sized balls.

  3. 3

    Roll out thinly and dry both sides on a hot pan.

  4. 4

    Apply a little oil and cook both sides until well browned.
