Steps

First wash and cut the beef into small pieces. Then add 1 cup of water salt and 2 tbsp of oil.

Then put to boil for about 20 minutes depending on the tenderness of the meat. If the meat is tough, add more water and continue boiling.

Then after you have tasted the meat and found it is okay, allow water to dry up then start Frying your meat.

Add 2 more tbsp of oil fry until the meat starts to brown. Then add the onions and cook until transparent.

The add the chopped tomatoes and cook until soft and has broken down. Then dissolve royco in 15 mls of cold water and add to the frying meal.

Let it boil for 5 minutes and start to add the kales while stirring.

Mix the chopped kales and the beef well. Then add salt to taste and continue mixing.

Add a little amount of water 1/4 of a cup.

Cover and let it cook untill all water has dried up and kale is ready.

Serve with Ugali.
