Ingredients

4 persons
  • Ripe Bananas 4 nos small peeled,halved,then sliced lengthwise
  • For batter - 3/4 cup flour
  • Coconut 2 tbs freshly grated
  • 1 tbsSesame seeds
  • 1 TspBaking Powder
  • 1 pinchSalt
  • 1 tbsSugar powder
  • 1/2 cupMilk
  • 2 tbsFor garnish honey
  • 1 tspCastor sugar

Steps

  1. 1

    To make the batter,combine all the ingredients in a bowl and mix well to form a smooth thick batter,adding more milk as needed.

  2. 2

    Heat the oil in a wok over medium heat until very hot.

  3. 3

    Dip the Banana slices in the batter to coat thoroughly.

  4. 4

    Deep fry for 3 to 5 minutes, turning occasionally, until golden brown and crispy on all side.

  5. 5

    Remove and drain on paper towel.

  6. 6

    Serve immediately.
