Ingredients

  • Pre-boikes maize and beans in equal amounts
  • 4table spoon cooking fat
  • 1onion chopped
  • 2tomatoes
  • leavesCorriander
  • Spice tablets
  • Salt

Steps

  1. 1

    Fry onions in cooking fat until it's golden brown.

  2. 2

    Add tomatoes cook until it's tender.

  3. 3

    Add boiled beans and maize.

  4. 4

    Add spice and Corriander leaves.

  5. 5

    Add little water to make sauce and cook for 5 minutes

  6. 6

    Serve hot and add avocado to improve its taste.
