Ingredients

  • 6fingers of plantain
  • 1medium smoked fish or dry fish
  • 1 Tbsdry pepper
  • 1 tbssalt
  • 3 cupschopped uguh
  • 2 cubesmaggi
  • 3 tablespoonscrayfish
  • halfcup red oil

Steps

  1. 1

    Peel the plantain, wash, cut in small cubes and pour in the pot.

  2. 2

    Pour a cup or 2 of water or till the water covers the top of the plantain a little.

  3. 3

    Put in all your ingredients. If you are using smoked fish wait till the plantain is almost cooked before adding it.

  4. 4

    Once cooked pour in the uguh, stir and leave to simmer for 2 mins.

  5. 5

    Your meal is ready.
