Was missing my mother in-law so I made one of her favourite meals. The ingredients can be changed to your taste.
Steps

Peel the plantain, wash, cut in small cubes and pour in the pot.

Pour a cup or 2 of water or till the water covers the top of the plantain a little.
- 3
Put in all your ingredients. If you are using smoked fish wait till the plantain is almost cooked before adding it.

Once cooked pour in the uguh, stir and leave to simmer for 2 mins.

Your meal is ready.
