Cooking Instructions

In a bowl mix rava, curd, salt and water. make a batter. keep aside for 5 minutes.

In a pan heat oil. add rai, curry leaves and turn the gas off. add this tadka to the batter.

Add crushed cornflakes and mix well.

Heat idli steamer. grease the idli mould with oil.
- 5
Add eno to the batter and mix. pour this batter into mould. sprinkle some cornflakes and steam for 10-12 minutes.

After 10 minutes remove from mould and serve with coconut chutney.
