  • 1fish
  • 500 mlcooking oil
  • 1 tbssalt

Steps

40 minutes
  1. 1

    Remove the scales on the fish then salt the fish on both sides

  2. 2

    Place the cooking oil and let it boil until very hot

  3. 3

    Slice the fish on both sides and place the fish in the boiling oil.

  4. 4

    Fry the dish on both sides then remove from the oil and serve.

  5. 5

    Garnish and serve.
