Steps

Put flour in a bowl. Add curry powder, tumeric powder and salt. Then mix. Then add eggs to the flour and continue mixing.

Add water and mix with a whisker to form a pouring mixture.

Then peel the potatoes then cut into small slices.

Then dip in the potatoes to the liquid flour and allow it to marinate for 20 minutes.

Then heat the oil in a pan until hot and start deep frying the bajia

Cook for about 15 minutes then turn the bajia.

Cook for 5 minutes and put in a paper towel to dry.

Then serve.
