Put 2-3 cups of water on fire and allow to boil

East beans and put in water and allow to cook for 30 minutes

Wash, rinse and drain water from beans

Blend tomatoes, pepper and onion

Put half cooking spoon of oil palm on fire and allow to get hot

Pour blended tomatoes in oil and allow to fry for 30 seconds

Pour water 2 cups in fried tomatoes

Add curry, ginger and garlic powder

Also add maggi and salt to ones taste and allow water to boil

Pour half cooked beans inside boiling ingredient and mix well

Allow to cook for another 15-20 minutes

Porridge beans is ready and it's nice when served hot.
