Boil your meat untill it becomes soft to your likeness.

Boil your peas for about 10 minutes.

In another sufuria, fry your onion, add your meat, green pepper, tomato anf carrot. Allow them to cook for a minute. Add a pinch of salt and stir the ingredients together.

Add your peas and diced potatoes, add a little amount of water and cover.

Once your potatoes are cooked. Set aside.

Serve with Chapati or Rice or Mukimo.
