4 - 5 servings

1/2 cupsugar
1/2 cupsooji
1/2 cupghee(clarified butter)
1/2 litermilk
3 tbspcoconut powder
crushed almonds for garnishing

Heat ghee in a pan.

Add sooji and mix well.

Roast the sooji for 4 - 5 minutes till sooji changes it's colour.

Add milk, sugar, coconut powder and cook for 2 minutes.

Semolina kheer is ready. Garish with crushed almonds.
