Ingredients

  1. 2large eggplants for roasting
  2. 1small cup tahini
  3. 2 clovesgarlic
  4. lemon
  5. salt

Steps

  1. 1

    Roast the eggplants and let them cool, then peel them without using water to preserve their flavor.

  2. 2

    Mash the eggplants finely and add the crushed garlic, salt, and lemon juice. Mix them together.

  3. 3

    Add the tahini and mix well.
