Steps

Wash the liver thoroughly in running water.Repeat the procedure twice.

Boil the liver for 5 minutes, drain the water and wash again.

Cut all the ingredients and place it in a blender, blend till it is fine.

In a sufuria containing liver, pour cooking oil and add salt then stir for a minute.

Pour the blended mixture and cover to boil for 5 minutes.

Stewed liver is ready to serve with hot ugali.
