Again a fast idea to use puff pastry

Roll out the puff pastry and cut two 1cm wide slices horizontally : these will make the inside of the "frame".

Now fold the sides of the remaining puff pastry to form a "frame". Put the yellow of the egg on the frame parts.

Prepare the meaty curry: cut the onions in tiny squares and fry them on the olive oil till translucent.

Add the meat, the veggies, the curry, the spices and some water if needed: fry it while stirring.

As soon as the curry looks ready put it aside,and when it cooled down spoon it on top of the puff pastry frame.

Bake in the oven on 200 degrees till the pastry is ready
