mum had decided to change our daily breakfast routine.....
was the first to taste only to find that it was dropscones too sumptous.....love you mum for the new things you introduce us to each and every day

Ingredients

  1. 125 gself raising flour
  2. 1fresh egg
  3. pinchsalt
  4. sunflower oil or any oil for drying the sconce
  5. 2 teaspoonsugar

Cooking Instructions

    Sieve the dry ingridients in a clean dry bowl

  2. 2

    Make a well at the centre and break the fresh egg at the center

  3. 3

    Mix the content in the bowl thoroughly until it form thick mixture which is able to flow gently

  4. 4

    Heat the pan gently.Add drying oil and pour the mixture gently

  5. 5

    Turn on both sides until its golden brown

  6. 6

    Serve it when cold... for it to have long lasting taste in your mouth
