  • 15Amla
  • 4 teaspoonsTable salt, red chilli powder
  • 2 teaspoonfenugreek powder
  • 100 mlgingelly oil
  • 1 teaspoonmustard, perungayam powder

Steps

15 minutes
  1. 1

    First in a pan add oil and allow to boil.

  2. 2

    Add mustard, perungayam powder, chilli powder, salt, fenugreek powder fry it. Then add Amla.

  3. 3

    Roast it for 10 minutes. Pickle is ready to taste.
