Maida and sooji and salt and oil ko mix karein and soft dough ready karein.

Bhigi Dal ko paani se alg krde or paani nikl Jane par fry karein..

Ab ak kadai me oil daal Kar all masale transfer karein or bhigi Dal ko acche se fry karein.

Maida ki choti choti loi Bana kar unko fill karein or thoda sa bel le.(jyada patla na bele warna ye fulegi nahi)

Ak ak kadai me oil ya ghee daale or acche grm karein fir kachori Dale slow gas par inko deep fry karein.

Note:- kachori ko humesha slow gas par hi sake warna ye baher se sik jyegi or ander see khacchi rah jyegi. Thanks
