3 tablespoons oil
1/2 teaspoon Salt
1 teaspoon Curry spice
2 Tomatoes
200g Frozen mixed vegetables
4 Potatoes diced
1 Whole chicken, cut into pieces

To brown, sear chicken put in pinch of salt and curry spice cook for 10minutes

Add potatoes and simmer for 5minutes

Take out the chicken pieces add the rest of the ingredients for 5minutes
4

Put back your chicken pieces takes 30-40 minutes to cook
