Ingredients

5 servings
  1. 3 tablespoons oil
  2. 1/2 teaspoon Salt
  3. 1 teaspoon Curry spice
  4. 2 Tomatoes
  5. 200g Frozen mixed vegetables
  6. 4 Potatoes diced
  7. 1 Whole chicken, cut into pieces

Steps

60 min
  1. 1

    To brown, sear chicken put in pinch of salt and curry spice cook for 10minutes

  2. 2

    Add potatoes and simmer for 5minutes

  3. 3

    Take out the chicken pieces add the rest of the ingredients for 5minutes

  4. 4

    Put back your chicken pieces takes 30-40 minutes to cook
