Ingredients

  • 2 cupsrice
  • 1/4groundnut oil
  • Salt
  • 4yellow pepper
  • 1cksp Crayfish
  • 15 piecesfresh tomatoes
  • 2Maggi cubes
  • 1 sachetCurry
  • 1 teaspoonthyme
  • 2 piecesplantain
  • 1medium size of onion

Steps

  1. 1

    Boil rice for 20mins.wash and keep aside.

  2. 2

    Boil chicken with onion,Maggi,Salt and thyme.

  3. 3

    Place pan on fire,pour in groundnut oil allow to for 5 mins then put in the chicken gently.then put in the plantain (sliced) and bring down when is done.

  4. 4

    Turn upside down and bring out onces is brown.

  5. 5

    Blend the tomatoes and pepper.

  6. 6

    Boil the tomatoes and pepper till is dry then add groundnut oil and sliced onions.

  7. 7

    Allow to fry for 7mins then pour in the stock stir and add curry,Salt,Maggi and crayfish.

  8. 8

    Allow to boil very well and pour in d jollof rice stir.cover the pot and allow to boil till is dry.food is ready.
