Stews are very popular in my family, especially turkey stew. It's so tender and juicy that both kids and adults love it. It's easy, quick to make, and always comes in handy! Give it a try, and share your photos!

Stews are very popular in my family, especially turkey stew. It's so tender and juicy that both kids and adults love it. It's easy, quick to make, and always comes in handy! Give it a try, and share your photos!
Steps
- 1
In a skillet with a little olive oil, sauté the red bell pepper and carrot until golden.
- 2
Add the turkey meat, previously seasoned with salt, stir, and brown it.
- 3
When the turkey is halfway cooked, add the onion and garlic.
- 4
Once everything is nicely colored, add a handful of frozen peas. Stir.
- 5
Add the potatoes, cut into chunks, to help thicken the stew. Season with lemon thyme, salt, and pepper to taste. Stir.
- 6
Add enough water to just cover all the ingredients in the pot. Cook for about 20–25 minutes, until a knife easily pierces the potatoes. Occasionally shake the pot to help thicken the sauce.
- 7
At the end of cooking, add 1 tablespoon of tomato sauce and gently stir.
- 8
Enjoy!
