Fluffy and Oil Free Yogurt Baked Donuts

It doesn't really taste like yogurt, and there's no butter added, but it's extremely fragrant. This is a fluffy type of donut somewhere between baked and steamed. Recipe by conamonn.

Steps
- 1
Combine the ingredients and spoon or squeeze (with a pastry bag) the batter into the silicone donut mold.
- 2
Lightly bake at 180°C for 15 minutes. Adjust to your oven.
- 3
Be careful not to over-bake it. The dough with become tough. Bake it for less time than usual baked donuts.
- 4
Serve while it's fluffy and freshly baked.
- 5
It's an oil-free dough, so using a larger mold with a generous amount of batter will probably make it a fluffier donut.
- 6
The honey is indispensable to give these the proper texture. I don't recommend reducing it by much.
- 7
This one was cut in half like a bagel and filled with raw vegetables!! It's crispy and delicious.
