Steps

Peel the potatoes.

Cut into strips that are rectangular.

Heat oil in frying pan for frying

Put the stripped potatoes in the oil and cook for 15 minutes.

Remove from heat, and allow to rest then return back to the heat.

Fry in oil for only five minutes then dry in using a paper towel.
- 7
Serve with tomato paste and salt.
