Cut the chicken into portions and remove the skin. Marinate in beer overnight.

Chop the vegetables into very small cubes then put them into a frying pan with 4 tbs of oil and sweat in a low flame

Pass the chicken in the flour then add them in the frying pan and cook for 5-7 mins at medium heat until golden in colour.

Add the beer and let cook at low flame for 30mins. Keep turning the chicken pieces every 10 mins. Add hot water if it's dry.

Season with salt and pepper to taste and continue to cook until the sauce is dense

Serve with rice
