Place cooking oil and onions in a pan. After a minute add capsicum as you stir.

Add the tomatoes (4) and cover for 3 minutes then stir as you stir the tomatoes.

Add the whisked eggs and stir. Add salt and keep stirring until the eggs are cooked

Place onions in a sufuria and add cooking oil. After a minute add the tomatoes.

Cover for the tomatoes to soften then add the chopped kales. Add salt and a little water. Cover as kales cook.

When the kales have softened turn off heat and serve.
