Yellow Rice with Homemade Chicken Nuggets

Sauté half of the garlic. Once fragrant, add water, diced carrot, cilantro cooking base (recaito), yellow food coloring, chicken bouillon powder, and salt to taste. Bring to a boil, then add the rice.

Once the rice is cooked, sauté the chopped onion and bell pepper in oil with vinegar and salt to taste. Add this mixture and the chopped hard-boiled egg to the cooked rice.

For the nuggets, finely chop the chicken breast and season with lemon juice, all-purpose seasoning powder, chicken bouillon powder, oregano, salt, black pepper, and red bell pepper. Cover and let marinate for 5 minutes.

Shape the seasoned chicken into nuggets, coat with breadcrumbs or flour, and fry until golden brown.
