Boil beans for 30mins and sieve out the water and wash.

Place back on fire add water allow to boil very well then pour in the sliced onions,ginger and garlic.allow to boil for another 7mins.

Add pepper,salt and crayfish leave it to boil for 5mins

Then pour in palmoil and stir with wooden spoon.spoon.cover the pot allow to boil for another 5mins.then pour in the scent leaf stir and bring down.food is ready

Place palmoil on fire allow to bleach for 7mins then put the sliced plantain one after the other.turn onces is brown and bring down when is ready.
